Welcome to Go North Lodging! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By booking a stay or using our services, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Booking & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A valid payment method and ID is required to secure your reservation.
• Full payment or a deposit is required at the time of booking.
• Cancellations and refunds are subject to our cancellation policy.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in time: 4:00PM | Check-out time: 10:00AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out requests must be approved in advance and may incur additional fees.

Guest Responsibilities

• Guests must respect the property and its surroundings.
• No smoking, parties, or unauthorized guests are allowed.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
• Pets are considered on a case by case basis (subject to additional fees and approval).

Cancellations & Refunds

• Guests must adhere to our cancellation policy outlined at the time of booking.
• Refund eligibility depends on the timing of the cancellation.
• No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.

Liability & Disclaimers

• Go North Lodging is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
• Guests assume all risks related to their stay, including but not limited to injuries or accidents.
• We reserve the right to cancel reservations due to unforeseen circumstances or violations of our policies.

Privacy

• Personal information provided by guests is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• By booking with us, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or disruptions due to natural disasters, government regulations, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.

Modifications to Terms

• Go North Lodging reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
• Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
• Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of the Cochrane District.
